Al Sharqi Villa: Sculpting contemporary luxury through dramatic stone, bespoke wood architecture, and the seamless integration of light and nature.

A Sanctuary of Senses

Architecture is a visual art and the building speak for themselves

Al Sharqi Villa is a design defined by the luxurious juxtaposition of materials and dramatic architectural staging. The concept focuses on an open, fluid plan, using soaring heights and expansive glazing to blur the boundary between indoors and the landscaped setting. This continuity is immediately established in the foyer through the striking biophilic installation and water feature, setting the tone for a home deeply connected to nature and light.

More than just a home, it was an immersive experience, a testament to the spirit of its surroundings.

Challenge & Concept

The primary conceptual challenge of Al Sharqi Villa was navigating the client’s initial uncertainty regarding their desired aesthetic. Our role evolved into a guiding partnership, where we translated their latent appreciation for quality and dramatic flair into a defined architectural style: Refined, Material-Driven Modern Luxury. This concept became the foundation for the entire project, allowing us to move forward with a high-contrast palette of rich walnut, intense marbles, and sophisticated metallic accents, ensuring the final design was not just beautiful, but a genuine reflection of the client’s taste they didn’t yet know how to articulate.

The Dining Hall

This dining space is an architectural expression of curated luxury, masterfully balancing natural warmth with dramatic, high-end materials. The design achieves a sense of enveloping intimacy through a sophisticated palette and expert lighting application.

The Grand Pavilion: Integrated Living and Sculptural Forms

This design presents a sophisticated interpretation of the open-plan concept, merging the living, dining, and kitchen functions within a dramatic double-height volume. The architecture is defined by an interplay of clean planes, rich textures, and a seamless connection to the villa’s expansive exterior.
